This package offers complete birth support for all types of birth, including

• Minimum of two 90 minute prenatal visits to address concerns and practice relaxation exercises for your birth

• Support in creating your own complete and detailed birth plan

• Continuous support throughout labor and delivery with props, breathing exercises, aromatherapy, acupressure, touch and massage, movement, and more to help you have a positive and empowering birth experience

• Evidence-based information and resources to assist you in decision-making and advocating for your wishes in your birthing space

• Postpartum care immediately after delivery for up to two hours

• Lactation support after delivery

• Two at-home postpartum visits totaling two hours each, to support the family’s adjustment and ensure mom and baby are thriving mentally and physically
